It's been long since I wrote anything on these pages. Life kept me busy. :)However, I couldn't help find a few minutes to write about this well-made film "Kahaani". 

IF you haven't seen it yet, you are missing on a very well- made Bollywood thriller. Mark my words. This movie has an attention grabbing script. And well chosen characters.

I wouldn't be a spoilsport and tell you the story here. Vidya Balan gels into the character so much so that in the end she will give you a shock! As you watch the movie, you will realize that every character is made for the actor chosen. You will be hooked to the screen throughout the movie. And hold your breath when the intermission flashes on screen. :P 

There is more than meets the eye! Kolkata is beautifully picturised and the city blends into the story. 

Amitabh Bachchan's rendering of "Eklo cholo re" is amazing. A song that suits his personal and poetic sensibility. 

To sum up, it's very refreshing to realise that Bollywood is attempting to film suspense thrillers in different style.
